1. Goal Setting – Each individual begins their journey at Imagine If with a 1-1 ½ hour consultation, which consists mostly of a goal setting session where we establish a clear picture of what it is you want to accomplish. We then identify the limiting factors which have been preventing you from success thus far. Next, we perform some basic measurements, including body fat testing and a complete review of your health history.
2. Body Blueprint – The next step is your body blueprint where we perform a series of screens and assessments in order to fully understand exactly what is going on with your body. We look at posture, flexibility, balance, range of motion of all major joints, and perform a movement screen. Since we have found that no two people are exactly alike, it is critical to perform this assessment, which then gives us the necessary information to design your customized program.
3. Individualized Program Design – Since no two people are alike, then no two people should have the exact same program. Once we’ve gathered all the necessary data (a. what do you want? and b. what’s going on with you and your body?), then we can design a custom program, which is unique to your body and your goals. This is one of the main reasons that we are able to accomplish such tremendous results in a short period of time.
4. Nutrition Program – All of our memberships at Imagine If come with our nationally renowned nutrition and lifestyle program. We have the basic philosophy that it is impossible to achieve a significant change in your body without the adjunct of a healthy balanced nutritional program. However, diets fail! So we’ve created a nutrition program which includes a change in lifestyle thus leading to permanent change rather than some crash diet or fast where you’ll eventually gain all the weight back.
5. Science – All the components to our entire system are founded in science. When it comes to your health, your results and your time, we believe you should have the very best! Therefore, our program is 100% scientifically based. It is not opinion-based, trend-based, or gimmick-based.
6. Knowledge – Our programs come from nearly 20 years of studying human movement, formal education, and countless hours in the trenches coaching. We also have within our network, access to some of the most exceptional health professionals, doctors, nutritionists, strength coaches, fat-loss experts and psychologists in the country to bring you the finest available.
7. Safety – Two of the biggest concerns of most people looking to start an exercise program are whether or not they will be able to actually perform the exercises and will they get hurt. Due to the nature of our thorough consultation, individualized program design, and scientific background, we work with many individuals who didn’t previously think it was possible for them to exercise. Because of our process, we are able to provide all of this in a manner that is safe and yet still progressive. We also pride ourselves in teaching correct and proper exercise form to all those whom we work with.
8. Transformation Coaching – We truly are the mind and body fitness solution. Many of the people we work with experience huge mental and emotional benefits from their program, such as enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence, increased productivity at work, better communication with others, increased happiness, more inner peace and overall feeling better about one’s self are just a few of the common results from our Transformational Coaching sessions.
9. Professional Coaches – All of our coaches are certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association; a third party scientifically-based and a highly accredited organization, considered by most to be the gold standard in the fitness industry. Beyond the certification all of our coaches are educated and very well trained with several hundred hours of education being accumulated just in their internship; which guarantees you will be getting some of the finest coaching and instruction available anywhere. Plus you can rest assured knowing all of our coaches are hand-picked because they are compassionate individuals that really care about helping people.

The development of this solid foundation also allows each person to build their self-confidence within their own abilities.
12. Accountability – One of the main reasons people never attain their goals is that there is no one to hold them accountable. At Imagine If you will exceed your own expectations because you have an entire team of people who believe in you and will hold you accountable. As a company we are only interested in helping you achieve your desired outcome. By being strict and fair you can and will achieve more than you ever thought possible.
