Rachel has always been very interested in nutrition and fitness and the positive impact it has on a person’s life. Before coming to Imagine If, Rachel had worked and trained in other facilities but was discouraged by the general lack of knowledge most trainers had in both nutrition and exercise science.

Rachel has her BS in Biological Sciences and had looked into a couple different career options but ultimately decided she wanted to pursue a Masters in Nutrition and Kinesiology. Imagine If provided a combination of fitness and nutrition that allowed Rachel to grow and increase her knowledge in both of these areas.

Rachel completed an internship at Imagine If before becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Rachel believes that nutrition and fitness are the building blocks necessary to lead a healthy, fulfilling life and Imagine If provides the tools necessary for people to achieve these goals.
