Having been involved in the fitness business for over 17 years, I became increasingly frustrated with the very poor standards in my industry. Basically put, I became fed up with greedy gym owners, highly uneducated personal trainers and non-empathetic coaches. Since I’ve spent over 10 years working with athletes, I realized that the majority of good, educated coaches worked with athletes and the “rejects” were left to train the average Jane/Joe. Since my Dad was an average Joe, and every kid graduating from college wants to work with pro athletes, I decided that my Dad and his peers needed me more than the pro’s. Which is why I set out to create the solution; the best fitness facility in Orange County. And I did.
Several years later, we have evolved from purely a fitness facility to a holistic approach where we now address total fitness and health of both the physical and mental components. Along my own journey, I’ve discovered that many issues relating to fitness, health, fat loss and happiness are not only physical, but that peoples mind and feelings also need to be addressed. I believe that we at Imagine if have the most complete cutting edge fitness and health program available anywhere. You won’t find a more attentive, knowledgeable, caring or highly trained staff. Plus our facility offers only the most cutting edge training methods, equipment, nutrition and exercise programs in the industry. I also feel that we have more to offer than any of the other fitness/personal trainers in the area, such as our life style enhancement programs based on activities in your life such as golf, tennis, running, surfing or any other sports you might participate in as a part of your life.On the flip side I’m a huge believer in actions vs. words. Basically, talk is cheap.
